Returns and Exchanges
We hope you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase, but we understand not all products will work out.
To initiate a return
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you may return any item(s) to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags. Returns can be refunded to the original method of payment, for store credit, or for exchanges. Purchasers that opted in for checkout+ will have free returns. Purchaser that opted out are responsible for all shipping fees for goods being returned or exchanged, including shipping fees for exchanged goods returned to purchaser.
Additionally, all products marked final sale and international shipping orders are not eligible for return/exchange.
Any orders that were lost in transit will receive store credit upon filing a claim with the delivery service.

Damaged/Defective items
Upon receiving any damaged or defective items, you have 30 days once the item is marked delivered by our postal carrier to be eligible for refund or replacement.
